Established in 2004, Karaka is a London based Development Company, with interests in the United Kingdom, Poland, Switzerland and formerly Croatia. We specialise in acquiring sites for residential and mixed-tenure use, and investments held with a view to longer term planning gain. We buy conditionally, unconditionally, via option agreements and through joint venture arrangements where we are keen to explore new business ideas.

We currently own and manage a range of commercial and residential investments including land, offices, retail space, loft apartments, a ski chalet in Villars and a 50 bed Hostel in Krakow.
